These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AfriGlobal PrimeLink website and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are and what we do
AfriGlobal PrimeLink ("AfriGlobal", "we", "us") is an affiliate platform that connects people ("Seekers") to vetted institutions and companies ("Partners"), such as schools, hospitals, e-commerce and industrial companies, in many countries. We showcase Partners, guide Seekers through the process, and refer Seekers to their chosen Partner.
We act as an intermediary. We are not the provider of the education, healthcare, products or other services offered by Partners. The Partner is solely responsible for the services it provides to you.
2. Free for Seekers
Using AfriGlobal as a Seeker is completely free. You never pay AfriGlobal to browse, enquire, or be connected to a Partner. We earn a commission from the Partner when a referral is successful. Any fees for the actual service (for example, tuition) are set and charged by the Partner, not by AfriGlobal.
3. Discounts and the job guarantee
Where stated, Seekers referred through AfriGlobal may receive an exclusive discount from a Partner, and for certain Partner schools we offer a post-completion job-placement guarantee. These benefits:
- apply only when you are referred through AfriGlobal and complete the required process;
- are subject to the specific conditions communicated for each Partner or programme;
- for the job guarantee, apply to candidates who complete their programme at an AfriGlobal-referred Partner school and follow the guided job-search process.
The exact terms of any discount or guarantee will be confirmed to you before you commit, and form part of the arrangement for that specific referral.
4. Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry or other form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping it current. We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Partner information
Information about Partners, including programmes, requirements, fees, media and outcomes is provided by the Partner or drawn from sources the Partner has authorised us to use. We take reasonable care to present it faithfully and we visit Partners in person, but we do not guarantee that every detail is always current or error-free. Always confirm specifics (such as fees, eligibility and dates) before you commit.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information without authorisation;
- attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Services;
- copy, scrape or misuse our content or Partner content without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The AfriGlobal PrimeLink name, logo, website design and original content are owned by AfriGlobal or used with permission. Partner names, logos and materials belong to the respective Partners. You may not use any of these without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we vet and visit our Partners, we do not guarantee any particular outcome from your dealings with a Partner (such as admission, results, or employment beyond any specific written guarantee that applies to your referral). Your relationship for the actual service is with the Partner.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfriGlobal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services or your dealings with a Partner. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to Partner websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
11. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, where AfriGlobal PrimeLink is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
